Dr. Maida, PhD Molecular Neurology, Adjunct Professor of Neurobiology and Anatomy. Dr. Maida is a highly respected scientist in her field. Among her many talents, she enjoys teaching and developing young doctors at the University or Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. She is also a professional tennis player and also a practitioner of Armageddon Weight Loss and and one of our many success story. We are thankful to Dr. Maida for helping us to further our understanding in the area of neuroscience, particularly in the area of advancing our knowledge and understanding about food addiction. As one of our many contributors, Dr. Maida has been helping us to implement our findings to better serve our clients and advance the science in this area.

Dr. Sonnenberg graduated from Georgia Tech with a 4.0 GPA. He will be your guide to help you better understand the laws of physics and how they govern weight loss weight gain and exercise.
Dr. Khlighatyan PhD is our 4th Neuroscientist on our team. While many other program may have overlooked the power of neuroscience specific to weight loss and fitness we have invested heavily in this area because we believe it is critical to our clients’ success. As part of our continued research into better understanding weight loss fitness science we are constantly trying to learn and understand how neuroscience can change the way we approach weight loss and fitness science. Dr. Khlighatyan will help to prove us with a better understanding and to continue to provide new research in these areas and we welcome him about our time and we thank him for his contribution.
Dr. Nogueira, PhD Pharmacology & Bioscience also has a background in neuroscience. Part of Dr. Nogueira’s contribution will be in the area of pharmacology with a focus on drug and food addiction. Part of our new pioneering approach specific to weight loss fitness science is to investigate the possibility of food addiction and to incorporate our findings into our weight loss fitness program. While we have already established and documented some amount of work in this area, we are continuing to expand our knowledge and in many cases pioneering the knowledge base in this area of weight loss fitness science. We thank Dr. Nogueira for his contribution and his continued work in this area on our behalf.
Dr. Mary Gresham has been practicing health psychology for over 25 years. Mary will help guide you through the many behavioral aspects related to weight loss and fitness.
He is originally from Illinois where he received his Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology at the University of Illinois. He then attended Emory University where he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree graduating with honors. Marcus wrestled at the collegiate level and continues to actively participate in sports medicine.
Julie is our biomechanic expert. Julie advises us on how to strengthen joins, and smaller muscle groups as part of our injury prevention program. Julie is well versed in the cardiac and pulmonary (lungs) aspects of physiology and rehab. You are only as strong as your weakest link. Having Julie around is a very powerful addition to our team.
I am a firm believer that good nutrition is the foundation to a healthy lifestyle and great physical fitness. Megan is a 50 Miles Ultra Runner Champion. Megan is also a Certified Personal Prainer, with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science, and also a Registered Nurse. Megan once ran a 10K road race pushing her baby in a stroller; won the race, and then continued running so she could complete the rest of her 13 mile run for the day.
Carlos – Lost 238.6 lbs – Won numerous gold medals in state and regional rowing championships and also competed in the International indoor rowing championships where he won 6th place in the world!
