SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Upon receipt and completion of your Fitness Protocol Form, we require up to 72 hours to select and prepare your package for delivery. All products are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. Once your package is shipped, it will arrive within 2 -3 business days (a total of 6 days from receipt of your completed Fitness Protocol Form). Upon receipt of your completed Fitness Protocol Form your package may arrive as early as within 3 business days. We charge a flat rate shipping cost of $12 for each product shipped. If you purchase several products and they can all safely fit into a USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate box we will ship your purchase at no additional cost beyond the $12 flat rate. However, if it cannot fit we will need to charge you for the additional shipping cost. Here at Armageddonworld.com we try to keep all your costs as low as possible and do not try to profit from shipping cost.
Return Policy
We guarantee the functionality of all DVD’s and downloads. All DVD pass through our rigorous quality control process where they are analyzed for data integrity and playability before we ship them out. If you are unable to play the video(s) purchased, please email info@maindomeprocessing.com. We will replace all malfunctioning DVD’s, unless they have been worn from abuse, within 30 days of purchase. Downloads that do not work within 15 days of purchase will be replaced with another download.
Eligible Returns
To receive a replacement, you must return your regular-priced item(s) (excluding accessories) within 30 days of the delivery date to Maindome Processing Corporation, and must meet the following conditions: for the Armageddon Weight Loss Fitness DVD collections, you must return any or all malfunctioning DVD(s) original contents (Any or all of the of Alpha Series 14 hours of DVDs or if you purchased our 26 hour collection Armageddon Omega Series). Armageddon accessory products such as your Alpha Series Guide books and Armageddon Nutrition Guide, Personalized Meal Plans or Armageddon Cardio Plans or books are not returnable). For all other regular-priced purchases, merchandise must be returned within 15 days in its original package, unopened, or in perfect condition. In order for the product to be in perfect condition, it must be unworn, unwashed, and have no traces of hair, deodorant, makeup, or distinctive smells. If your returned item does not meet these criteria, is not within the 15 day window as stated, or is determined to be not defective, it is not eligible for a replacement. Maindome Processing Corporation will send an email within 15 days to the email address you provided with the option of returning the product(s) at your expense.
